BUSCANDO RESOURCES ANNOUNCES WARRANT EXTENSION

Buscando Resources Corp. proposes to extend the expiry date of 3.7 million outstanding common share purchase warrants.

Each warrant entitles the holder to purchase one common share of the company at a price of 20 cents per share. The warrants currently expire on Oct. 31, 2023. None of the warrants have been exercised to date. Subject to Canadian Securities Exchange approval, the expiry date of the warrants will be extended to Oct. 31, 2024. All other terms of the warrants will remain the same.
