BROOKFIELD PROPERTY PARTNERS DECLARES QUARTERLY DIVIDENDS ON LISTED PREFERRED UNITS

Brookfield Property Preferred LP's board of directors has declared quarterly distributions on the partnership's Class A Nasdaq-listed BPYPP, BPYPO, BPYPN and BPYPM preferred units of 40.625 cents per unit, 39.84375 cents per unit, 35.9375 cents per unit and 39.0625 cents per unit, respectively, payable on March 31, 2023, to holders of record at the close of business on March 1, 2023.
