Bonanza Mining Corporation Announces Change of Qualified Person

June 6, 2025 - Vancouver, British Columbia: Bonanza Mining Corporation ("Bonanza" or the "Company") (TSX-V: BNZ) announces the appointment of Mr. Charles "Charlie" Greig, P.Geo., as the Company's Qualified Person as defined under National Instrument 43-101 - Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects ("NI 43-101").

The Company also announces that Mr. Chris Graf has stepped down from his role as the Company's Qualified Person, effective immediately. Mr. Graf will continue to serve as a director of Bonanza and will remain as the Company's Vice President, Exploration.

The Company thanks Mr. Graf for his contributions in his capacity as Qualified Person and looks forward to his continued involvement in advancing Bonanza's exploration initiatives.
