BENGAL ANNOUNCES AGM DETAILS

The nominees listed in Bengal Energy Ltd.'s information circular -- proxy statement dated Aug. 17, 2026, were elected as directors of Bengal at its annual general meeting of shareholders held on Sept. 17, 2026, in Calgary, Alta.

On a vote by ballot, each of the five nominees proposed by management was elected as a director of Bengal and the detailed results of such ballot vote are provided in the attached table.
