BENGAL ENERGY LTD. ANNOUNCES ELECTION OF DIRECTORS

The nominees listed in Bengal Energy Ltd.'s information circular -- proxy statement dated Aug. 28, 2025, were elected as directors of Bengal at its annual and special meeting of shareholders held on Sept. 29, 2025, in Calgary, Alta.

On a vote by ballot, each of the five nominees proposed by management was elected as a director of Bengal and the detailed results of such ballot vote are provided in the attached table.
