BENGAL ENERGY LTD. ANNOUNCES ELECTION OF DIRECTORS

The nominees listed in the information circular/proxy statement dated Aug. 16, 2023, were elected as directors of Bengal Energy Ltd. The detailed results of the vote for the election of directors held at its annual meeting of shareholders on Sept. 21, 2023, in Calgary, Alta., are set out in the attached table.
