The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing the company's proposal to issue 5,217,186 shares to settle outstanding debt for $830,036.80.

Aggregate  non-arm's-length party involvement: one creditor, $772,120 owed, between 14 cents to 19 cents, 4,908,602 shares

The company issued a news release on July 5, 2023, confirming that the shares were issued and the debt extinguished.
