Black Mammoth Metals Corp. has released the results of the early exercise of warrants.

• Warrants exercised from Oct. 1, 2025, to today's date total 6,200,500.
• Cash proceeds from these warrants exercised early total $2,486,550.
• Warrants outstanding as of today's date total 340,500.

Included in the 6,200,500 warrants recently exercised, insiders exercised a total of 4.66 million warrants for cash proceeds of $1,062,000.

During the six-month period ending Sept. 30, 2025, warrant exercises totalled 6,261,000.
