The TSX Venture Exchange has consented to the extension in the expiry date of warrants.

Exercise price of warrants:  15 cents (unchanged)

These warrants were issued pursuant to a private placement of 3.5 million shares with 3.5 million share purchase warrants attached, which was accepted for filing by the exchange effective May 5, 2022.
