BLAST RESOURCES ANNOUNCES CHANGE OF AUDITOR
Blast Resources Inc. has changed its auditor from Saturna Group Chartered Professional Accountants LLP to Dale Matheson Carr-Hilton LaBonte LLP, effective Jan. 16, 2026.
The former auditor resigned at the request of the company. The resignation of the former auditor and the appointment of the successor auditor were approved by the board of directors of the company. There have been no modified opinions expressed in the audit reports of the former auditor for the company's two most recently completed financial years or for any period subsequent to the most recently completed financial period for which an audit report was issued and preceding Jan. 16, 2026. There has not been a reportable event (as defined in Section 4.11(1) of National Instrument 51-102) between the company and the former auditor. The company has filed the notice of change of auditor, together with the required letters from both the former auditor and the successor auditor, on SEDAR+.
Marketing agreements
The company announces that it has engaged Echo Elite Ads Ltd. and Spark Newswire to conduct marketing activities to increase investor awareness and market visibility of the company. The
company
has entered into marketing agreements with Echo Elite (250-997 Seymour St., Vancouver, B.C., V6B 3M1;
info@echoeliteads.com; 236-858-8588) and Spark (800-885 West Georgia St., Vancouver, B.C., V6C 3H1;
steve@sparknewswire.com; 604-999-7361). Each of Echo Elite and Spark is at arm's length to the company.
The promotional activities to be conducted by Echo Elite are expected to commence on or about April 7, 2026, and continue for a period of up to 10 weeks or until the company's allocated budget is exhausted. Echo Elite has agreed to provide digital marketing services, including the creation and distribution of advertising content, execution of targeted on-line advertising campaigns (including ad words campaigns), engagement of third party newsletters and vendors, and assistance with marketing strategy and investor outreach. The promotional activities will be conducted through on-line platforms, including digital advertising networks, newsletters and other financial media channels.
The promotional activities to be conducted by Spark are expected to commence in April, 2026 (with the exact start date to be determined by the parties),
and continue for a period of approximately two months. Spark will provide investor awareness and marketing services, including newsletter and e-mail distribution, social media distribution, and creation and distribution of investment-related video content. The promotional activities will be conducted through newsletters, e-mail networks, social media platforms and on-line publications.
Under the terms of the agreements, the company has agreed to pay Echo Elite a total of up to $200,000 for a term of up to 10 weeks and Spark a total of $125,000 for a term of approximately two months. No securities of the company have been issued to Echo Elite or Spark as compensation, and no securities-based compensation is contemplated under the agreements. Echo Elite and Spark do not currently own any securities of the company.
