Anoosh Manzoori will step down as a non-executive director of Blackhawk Growth Corp., effective Feb. 26, 2025. The company wishes to thank Mr. Manzoori for his guidance and contributions over the course of his appointment.

Mr. Manzoori will be retained on a no-fee basis as a corporate adviser to facilitate and introduce acquisitions to the company.
