The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Canadian Banc Corp. will list additional preferred shares at the open on Jan. 16, 2026. As stated in the prospectus supplement dated Jan. 9, 2026, to the short form base shelf prospectus dated June 18, 2025, the company is issuing up to 10 million preferred shares at $10.32 per share.
