The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Canadian Banc Corp. will list up to an additional 8,674,000 preferred shares at the open on Nov. 23, 2023. According to the TSX, the listing will cover shares to be issued at $9.80 per preferred share pursuant to the terms of the prospectus supplement dated Nov. 16, 2023, to Canadian Banc's short form base shelf prospectus dated May 17, 2023.
