BLENDER BITES PROVIDES UPDATE ON SECOND TRANCHE OF NON-BROKERED PRIVATE PLACEMENT CLOSING

Blender Bites Ltd. has provided an update regarding the anticipated closing date of the second tranche of its previously announced non-brokered private placement. In response to strong investor interest and to accommodate prospective subscribers, the company anticipates closing a further tranche of the private placement date on or before Oct. 20, 2023.
