(the "Company", "Blender Bites" or "Blender"), (CSE: BITE, FWB: JL4, WKN: A3DMEJ), an award-winning Canadian company involved in the development and marketing of a line of premium, organic and plant-based pre-portioned frozen functional foods, announces that it has filed an amended and restated Offering Document (as defined below) for its previously announced (May 30, 2023) brokered private placement offering of units of the Company ("Units") to raise up to $5,000,000 (the "Offering"). The Units will be offered to purchasers resident in the provinces and on the terms set forth in the Offering Document, pursuant to the listed issuer financing exemption under Part 5A of National Instrument 45-106 - Prospectus Exemptions and will not be subject to a hold period pursuant to applicable Canadian securities laws. The Offering is expected to close in tranches, with the first tranche expected to close on or about June 20, 2023, or on such other date as may be determined by the Company, and the final tranche is expected to close on or about July 20, 2023 but, in any event, on or before a date not later than 45 days after the date of the filing of the Offering Document. There is an amended and restated offering document dated June 14, 2023 (the "Offering Document") related to the Offering that can be accessed under the Company's profile at www.sedar.com and on the Company's website at www.blenderbites.com. The Company intends to use the net proceeds for general working capital purposes, as more particularly described in the Offering Document.
