Vancouver, BC / TheNewswire / March 31, 2015 -- BlackIce Enterprise Risk Management Inc. (BlackIce) (CSE: BIS), has entered into a joint agreement with EY Vietnam (Ernst & Young Vietnam Ltd) an affiliate of EY, a worldwide auditing and consulting company.

The two companies will jointly market Basel consulting services alongside the BlackIce Governance and Compliance Database (GCD(TM)). The agreement will provide BlackIce with access to Vietnam's leading financial institutions, so they can fully leverage the GCD and maintain compliance with the Basel Accord regulations.
