Mr. John Newell reports
THUNDERBIRD MINERALS COMMENCES TRADING ON THE OTCQB VENTURE MARKET
Thunderbird Minerals Corp.'s common shares will commence trading on the OTCQB Venture Market, operated by
OTC Markets Group Inc., under the symbol TBRDF, effective Nov. 3, 2026.
The move to the OTCQB represents an upgrade from the OTC Pink market. Thunderbird's
common shares continue to trade on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol BIRD and on
the Frankfurt Stock Exchange under the symbol X7J.
The OTCQB serves entrepreneurial- and development-stage companies that meet its eligibility and
continuing disclosure requirements. Thunderbird believes that trading on the OTCQB will support
greater visibility among U.S. investors and help broaden awareness of the company and its
exploration portfolio.
John Newell, president and chief executive officer of Thunderbird, commented: "Commencing
trading on the OTCQB is an important step in building Thunderbird's presence among U.S.
investors. With our Apache copper and gold project in California, we see value in making it easier
for American investors to follow our progress and participate in the company's growth. Our focus
remains on advancing our exploration priorities and directing capital toward work that builds our
understanding of the mineral potential of our properties."
