BUILDDIRECT ANNOUNCES KEY CHANGE TO SENIOR MANAGEMENT

Builddirect.com Technologies Inc. has made a change to its senior management.

The company announces that Matthew Alexander is resigning as the interim chief financial officer of the company, effective Jan. 26, 2024, to pursue another career opportunity and will work with the company prior to his departure to ensure a smooth transition for the management team and the board.

Builddirect is engaging an executive search firm to assist the company in identifying a new CFO who will complement Builddirect's strong leadership team and will help drive forward the company's omnichannel strategy.
