BIOHARVEST SCIENCES INC. ANNOUNCES GRANT OF STOCK OPTIONS

Bioharvest Sciences Inc. has granted a total of 2.45 million stock options: 1.95 million to consultants and employees, and 500,000 to officers of the company. The stock options granted are exercisable to purchase a common share of the company at a price of 28.5 cents per share as per the terms shown in the associated table.
