BIOHARVEST SCIENCES INC. ANNOUNCES GRANT OF STOCK OPTIONS

Bioharvest Sciences Inc. has granted a total of 300,000 stock options to a consultant. The stock options granted are exercisable to purchase a common share of the company at a price of 21 cents per share for a term of 10 years and will vest quarterly over a three-year period.
