BLUE HORIZON ANNOUNCES PRIVATE PLACEMENT OF UP TO $1 MILLION

Blue Horizon Global Capital Corp. intends to raise gross proceeds of up to $1-million through a non-brokered private placement of up to 2.5 million units of the company at a price of 40 cents per unit.

Each unit shall consist of one common share in the capital of the company and one common share purchase warrant. Each warrant will entitle the holder thereof to acquire one common share of the company at a price of 50 cents for a period of 24 months following the date of issuance.

The non-brokered private placement is subject to all necessary regulatory approvals. The securities being issued in the private placement will be subject to a four-month-and-one-day hold period, in accordance with applicable Canadian securities laws. The company intends to use the net proceeds of the offering for general corporate purposes and to finance any future acquisitions that the company may undertake.
