EARLY WARNING REPORT - SALE OF INVESTMENT SHARES

Pursuant to the terms of private sale transactions, Anish Pabari has disposed of direct ownership of 1.6 million common shares of BGX -- Black Gold Exploration Corp.

The disposition was completed through privately negotiated arm's-length transactions. Immediately prior to the disposition, Mr. Pabari held direct ownership of 2.77 million common shares of BGX, representing approximately 16 per cent of BGX's 17,289,839 issued and outstanding common shares.

Following the disposition, Mr. Pabari holds 1.17 million common shares, representing approximately 7 per cent of BGX's 17,289,839 issued and outstanding common shares.

The remaining shares are held for investment purposes. Mr. Pabari may, from time to time, acquire additional securities of BGX or dispose of some or all of his remaining holdings, depending on market conditions and other factors.
