Further to the TSX Venture Exchange bulletin dated Aug. 14, 2012, trading in Barkerville Gold Mines Ltd. will remain suspended pending a successful reinstatement application to the exchange.
Members are prohibited from trading in the securities of the company during the period of the suspension or until further notice.
