The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Brookfield Renewable Partners LP's Class A preferred limited partnership (LP) units, Series 15, will be delisted at the close on April 30, 2024. According to the TSX, the partnership will redeem the Series 15 units on April 30, 2024, for $25 per unit.

Separately from the redemption price, the final dividend of 35.9375 cents per Series 15 unit will be paid in the usual manner on April 30, 2024, to holders of record at the close on April 15, 2024.

The TSX notes that since the Series 15 units are held through the book-entry-only system of CDS and no individual certificates are issued, holders of Series 15 units need not take any action with respect to the redemption.
