BRASNOVA ENERGY TERMINATES BRAZIALIAN ENERGY MATERIALS PROJECT AGREEMENT

Vancouver, B.C.: Brasnova Energy Materials Inc. ("BEM'' or the "Company") (TSXV: BEM) further to its May 5, 2025 news release, the Company advises that it has terminated its agreement to acquire a 100-per-cent interest in the Bahia Manganese Project and the Rio Claro Titanium Project.

The Company's resources will continue to be focused on the development of the Capela Gold Project and the balance of the Project Portfolio in the Bahia Gold Belt.
