The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Boardwalk Real Estate Investment Trust holder Boardwalk Properties Company Ltd. (BPCL) has filed a notice of intention to sell up to 140,000 units of the trust starting June 17, 2025. According to the TSX, BPCL currently holds 8,505,000 trust units, 4,415,000 Class B limited partnership units of Boardwalk REIT LP and 40,919,022 Class C limited partnership units of the partnership.
