BEE VECTORING TECHNOLOGIES CLOSES DEBT SETTLEMENT

Bee Vectoring Technologies International Inc. has closed the debt settlement agreement previously announced on Nov. 17, 2023. Pursuant to the settlement agreement, the company issued an aggregate of 2,765,138 common shares at a deemed price of six cents per common share to the creditor in full satisfaction of an outstanding cash payment due in the amount of $165,908.34 for legal fees.

The securities issued pursuant to the settlement agreement have a statutory hold period accordance with applicable securities laws which will expire on March 25, 2024.
