BEE VECTORING TECHNOLOGIES CLOSES INTEREST PAYMENT

Further to Bee Vectoring Technologies International Inc.'s new release dated July 5, 2023, it has issued 1,111,370 common shares at a price of six cents per share (the settlement shares), to settle a semi-annual interest payment due to Sorbie Bornholm LP pursuant to the issuance of 1,900 notes for gross proceeds of $1.9-million from the private placement that closed on July 12, 2022.

Pursuant to applicable Canadian securities laws, the settlement shares issued pursuant to the Sorbie private placement have been issued under prospectus exemptions that do not require any hold periods or resale restrictions.
