BEAUMONT EXPLORATION CORP. ANNOUNCES ARRANGEMENT OF PRIVATE PLACEMENT

Beaumont Exploration Corp. has arranged, subject to receipt of regulatory approval, a non-brokered private placement to raise total gross proceeds of up to $72,000. The private placement will consist of the sale of up to 430,000 units of the company at a price of 12 cents per unit, with each unit consisting of one common share of the company and one common share purchase warrant. Each warrant will entitle the holder to purchase one additional common share of the company for a period of 24 months at an exercise price of 15 cents per share. The private placement will also consist of 170,000 flow-through shares at a price of 12 cents with no warrant.

The proceeds from the private placement will be used for working capital and exploration purposes. The securities issued will be subject to a four-month hold period.
