BELMONT ANNOUNCES AGM TO BE HELD BY VIDEO CONFERENCE

Belmont Resources Inc.'s annual general meeting will be held on Wednesday, Sept. 3, 2025, at 10 a.m. Pacific Time.

While the notice of meeting and information circular have already been mailed to shareholders, the company has subsequently determined that, in the interest of accessibility and shareholder participation, the AGM will be conducted exclusively by video conference on Zoom. Shareholders are encouraged to attend the meeting by Zoom; however, if you wish to attend in person, the boardroom at 615, 800 West Pender St., Vancouver, B.C., has been reserved.
