BLACK DIAMOND GROUP LIMITED ANNOUNCES TIMING OF FOURTH QUARTER AND YEAR-END 2025 FINANCIAL RESULTS AND CONFERENCE CALL

Black Diamond Group Ltd. has released the schedule for its 2025 fourth quarter and full year earnings release and conference call/webcast.

Black Diamond intends to release its 2025 fourth quarter and full year results after markets close on Thursday, Feb. 26, 2026, and hold a conference call and webcast at 9 a.m. MT (11 a.m. ET) on Friday, Feb. 27, 2026.

Trevor Haynes, chairman and chief executive officer, and Toby LaBrie, executive vice-president and chief financial officer, will discuss Black Diamond's financial results for the quarter and then take questions from analysts and investors.
