BLACK DIAMOND GROUP LIMITED ANNOUNCES TIMING FOR THIRD QUARTER 2025 FINANCIAL RESULTS AND CONFERENCE CALL

Black Diamond Group Ltd. has scheduled its 2025 third quarter earnings release and conference call/webcast.

Black Diamond intends to release its 2025 third quarter results after markets close on Thursday, Oct. 30, 2025, and hold a conference call and webcast at 9 a.m. MT (11 a.m. ET) on Friday, Oct. 31, 2025.

Trevor Haynes, chairman and chief executive officer, and Toby LaBrie, executive vice-president and chief financial officer, will discuss Black Diamond's financial results for the quarter and then take questions from analysts and investors.
