The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Black Diamond Group Ltd. will list an additional 4,657,500 common shares at the open on July 16, 2025. According to the TSX, the listing will cover shares to be issued at $9.10 per share, pursuant to the terms of the short form prospectus dated July 9, 2025, available on SEDAR+.
