The Globe and Mail reports in its Tuesday, Nov. 7, edition that Raymond James analyst Frederic Bastien has reaffirmed his "strong buy" recommendation for Black Diamond Group. The Globe's David Leeder writes in the Eye On Equities column that Mr. Bastien gave his share target a $2 boost to $12. Analysts on average target the shares at $9.88. Mr. Bastien says in a note: "We reiterate our 'strong buy' recommendation on Black Diamond Group, a Raymond James Analyst Current Favorite, after the firm blew 3Q23 expectations out of the water last week. After reflecting on how strongly the recently acquired CL Martin business is performing, how well the higher rental rates are sticking, and how diversified Black Diamond Group has become, we are comfortable raising our target price." The Globe reported on March 6 that Mr. Bastien rated Black Diamond "strong buy." In the item Mr. Bastien said, "We believe the stock has a lot left in the tank." The shares could then be had for $7.06. The Globe reported on March 7 that Canaccord Genuity analyst Matthew Lee has reaffirmed his "buy" recommendation for Black Diamond. The shares could then be had for $6.77.
