BOUNDARY GOLD AND COPPER MINING ANNOUNCES REVOCATION OF CEASE TRADE ORDER AND REINSTATEMENT REVIEW BY THE TSXV
Boundary Gold and Copper Mining Ltd. provided an update on the revocation of its cease trade order (CTO) issued by the British Columbia Securities Commission on Jan. 5, 2023. The CTO was revoked on Jan. 24, 2023.
The CTO was issued by the BCSC following the company's failure to file certain continuous disclosure documents required under the securities legislation of British Columbia. The company has filed the required continuous disclosure documents, copies of which are available on the company's SEDAR profile on SEDAR.
As a result of the CTO, the company's common shares were suspended from trading on the TSX Venture Exchange on Jan. 6, 2023. Following the revocation of the CTO, the suspension of the company's common shares will be lifted and trading will be reinstated once the TSX-V has completed a reinstatement review.
