The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Birchtech Corp. has rolled back its common shares on a one-new-for-five-old basis, effective Dec. 31, 2025. According to the TSX, the shares will continue trading under the symbol BCHT. The new Cusip number is 59833H 20 0.

The TSX notes that no fractional shares will be issued. Fractional share entitlements will be rounded up to the next whole share. To receive the consideration, shareholders must return the letter of transmittal together with share certificates to Transfer Online Inc., at its principal office in Portland, Ore., or TSX Trust Company, at its principal office in Toronto.
