BUILDERS CAPITAL MORTGAGE CORP. ANNOUNCES CLASS B NON-VOTING SHARE DISTRIBUTION

Builders Capital Mortgage Corp.'s board of directors has declared a distribution of 40 cents per Class B non-voting share of the company. The distribution will be paid on Jan. 31, 2024, to holders of Class B non-voting shares of record on Jan. 24, 2024.
