BANTAM CAPITAL ANNOUNCES PRIVATE PLACEMENT CLOSING

April 14, 2025 - Vancouver, British Columbia - Bantam Capital Corp. (TSXV: BCC.H) (the "Company") announces that it has closed a non-brokered private placement (the "Offering") and has issued 1,665,000 units (each, a "Unit") at a price of $0.15 per Unit for gross proceeds of $249,750. Each Unit consists of one common share of the Company and one common share purchase warrant (each, a "Warrant"). Each Warrant entitles the holder to purchase one common share of the Company at a price of $0.20 at any time on or before April 15, 2026.

No finders' fees were paid in connection with completion of the Offering. All securities issued in connection with the Offering are subject to statutory restrictions on resale until August 16, 2025 in accordance with applicable securities laws.
