BAM BAM RESOURCES CORP. (the "Company")

Vancover, British Columbia, January 21, 2022 - David Greenway ("Greenway") announces that he has acquired ownership an
--->d control of 6,250,000 common shares (the "Subject Shares") of the Company. The Subject Shares represented approximate
--->ly 3.33% of all issued and outstanding common shares of the Company as of January 17, 2022 immediately following the t
--->ransaction described above, resulting in a corresponding increase in the percentage of shares held by Greenway and his
---> joint actors (the "Joint Actors") as a result of the transaction.

Immediately before the transaction described above, Greenway and the Joint Actors held 15,853,000 common shares of the
---> Company (the "Pre-Shares") and convertible securities entitling Greenway and the Joint Actors to acquire an additiona
--->l 28,338,000 common shares of the Company (the "Pre-Convertible Securities") representing approximately 8.44% of the i
--->ssued and outstanding common shares of the Company (or approximately 23.53% on a partially diluted basis, assuming exe
--->rcise of the Pre-Convertible Securities only). 

Immediately following the transaction described above, Greenway and the Joint Actors held an aggregate of 22,103,000 c
--->ommon shares (the "Post-Shares") and convertible securities entitling Greenway and the Joint Actors to acquire an addi
--->tional 22,088,000 common shares of the Company (the "Post-Convertible Securities"), representing approximately 11.77% 
--->of the issued and outstanding common shares of the Company (or approximately 23.53% assuming exercise of such Post-Con
--->vertible Securities only). 

The Subject Shares were acquired through the conversion of Restricted Share Units and not through the facilities of an
--->y stock exchange. The holdings of securities of the Company by Greenway and the Joint Actors are managed for investmen
--->t purposes. Greenway and the Joint Actors may from time to time acquire additional securities of the Company, dispose 
--->of some or all of the existing or additional securities they hold or will hold, or may continue to hold their current 
--->positions.
