The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation pertaining to an option agreement dated Sept. 16, 2026, between Brixton Metals Corp. and an arm's-length party (the optionor). Pursuant to the terms of the agreement, the company has the option to acquire an undivided 100-per-cent interest in the Silvergruvan mineral exploration permits (Silvergruvan 100 and Silvergruvan 200), encompassing approximately 1,460 hectares located in Orebro county, Sweden. To exercise the option, the company will make total share issuances of up to $1.5-million (at a price equal to the greater of the 20-day VWAP (volume-weighted average price) and 50 cents per share) and incur $3.3-million in exploration expenditures over a three-year period. Upon option exercise, the property will be subject to a 2.0-per-cent net smelter returns (NSR) royalty in favour of the optionor. The company holds the right, at any time, to reduce the NSR to 1.0 per cent by paying $1.5-million in cash or issuing equivalent value in common shares, subject to TSX Venture Exchange prior approval.
