The TSX Venture Exchange has consented to the extension in the expiry date of warrants.

Previously amended expiry date of warrants:  June 24, 2025 (as to 7.04 million warrants); July 21, 2025 (as to one million warrants)

New expiry date of warrants:  Dec. 31, 2025 (as to 8.04 million warrants)

Exercise price of warrants:  10 cents (unchanged)

These warrants were issued pursuant to a private placement of 8.04 million shares with 8.04 million share purchase warrants attached, which was accepted for filing by the exchange effective March 6, 2023.
