AZARGA METALS ISSUES SHARES TO BAKER STEEL FOR SEMI-ANNUAL INTEREST

Azarga Metals Corp., as announced on April 12, 2021, has issued to Baker Steel Resources Trust Ltd. a total of 1,505,730 common shares to settle its semi-annual interest payment of $188,216 on a $3.5-million (U.S.) (fixed at $4,692,550) convertible loan.
