Effective at the close of business on Nov. 29, 2023, the common shares of Axion Ventures Inc. will be delisted from the TSX Venture Exchange at the request of the company. The company's majority of minority shareholders approved the delisting pursuant to an annual general and special meeting of shareholders held on Feb. 16, 2023. The company will remain suspended until it is delisted.
