The company has completed its public offering of securities on June 4, 2025. The gross proceeds received by the company for the offering are $11,500,115 (20,909,300 listed shares at 55 cents per listed share and 10,454,650 warrants, exercisable at 70 cents per listed share for a 24-month period).
