January 17, 2017, Vancouver, British Columbia - Aim Explorations Ltd. (the "Company") (AXN.H - NEX) announces that it 
--->intends to consolidate its common shares on a two old for one new share basis.  The Board of Directors of the Company 
--->has passed a resolution approving the consolidation.  An application to the NEX Board of the TSX Venture Exchange for 
--->acceptance of the consolidation will be made forthwith.  The Company will not be changing its name in conjunction with
---> the consolidation.
Upon completion of the share consolidation, the Company will conduct, subject to NEX acceptance, a private placement o
--->f up to 10,000,000 post-consolidated units at $0.06 per unit for total gross proceeds of up to $600,000.  Each unit wi
--->ll consist of one post-consolidated common share and one transferable share purchase warrant, each warrant exercisable
---> into one post-consolidated common share at a price of $0.15 per share for one year from closing.  
Finders' fees may be payable in whole or in part on the placement pursuant to the policies of the NEX.
All securities issued under the placement will be subject to statutory hold periods expiring four months and one day f
--->rom issue date.
The proceeds of the private placement will be used to identify and complete a Qualifying Transaction.
