AIM RULE 17 - SCHEDULE 2(G) UPDATE

Arrow Exploration Corp. has notified the following information pursuant to AIM Rule 17 and Schedule 2(g) of the AIM (Alternative Investment Market) rules for companies.

Ravi Sharma, non-executive director of Arrow, is chief operating officer of Canacol Energy Ltd. On Nov. 18, 2025, Canacol announced that it was seeking an order for creditor protection from the Court of King's Bench of Alberta pursuant to the Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act.
