ARROW ANNOUNCES AGM VOTING RESULTS

Arrow Exploration Corp. has released its annual general meeting voting results.

Report in respect of voting results pursuant to Section 11.3 of National Instrument 51-102 -- Continuous Disclosure Obligations

An attached table sets forth a brief description of each matter voted upon at the annual general meeting of the holders of common shares of Arrow held on Sept. 20, 2023, and the outcome of the vote.
