ACCELEWARE ANNOUNCES EXTENSION OF PRIVATE PLACEMENT FINANCING

Further to its press release dated June 6, 2023, Acceleware Ltd. has received an extension from the TSX Venture Exchange with respect to the duration of its previously announced non-brokered private placement of units of the company, at a price of 23 cents per unit, for gross proceeds of up to $2-million. As such, the outside date upon which final acceptance of the private placement may be granted by the TSX-V has been extended from July 21, 2023, to Aug. 21, 2023.
