ARTIS REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT TRUST ANNOUNCES TIMING OF RELEASE OF Q2-25 RESULTS AND CONFERENCE CALL

Artis Real Estate Investment Trust intends to release its financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025, after the close of the Toronto Stock Exchange on Thursday, Aug. 7, 2025.

A conference call with management will be held on Friday, Aug. 8, 2025, at 12 p.m. CT (1 p.m. ET). In order to participate, please dial 1-437-900-0527 or 1-888-510-2154. You will be required to identify yourself and the organization on behalf of which you are participating.
