ARTIS REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT TRUST ANNOUNCES MONTHLY CASH DISTRIBUTION

Artis Real Estate Investment Trust's trustees have declared a monthly cash distribution of five cents per trust unit of Artis for the month of April, 2021. The cash distributions will be made on May 14, 2021, to unitholders on record as of April 30, 2021.

As at the date hereof, there are an aggregate of 132,575,213 units issued and outstanding.
